If you are a stylist, once you've completed your profile, it will be reviewed by our moderation team. Upon approval, we'll send you a confirmation email with a payment link. After confirming your application and completing the subscription payment, your profile will automatically be visible on the platform, allowing clients to easily find you.

For clients, the registration process is straightforward. Simply follow a few steps and verify your email address. Once confirmed, you're all set to browse the platform and find your perfect stylist.

If you're a stylist who has completed registration on our platform, your clients can effortlessly access your portfolio and reach out to you via any messenger you've specified during registration.

For customers, after registration, you can utilize filters in the FÉMATCH search engine to narrow down your options and select from our roster of stylists. Contact information can be found on each expert's profile, allowing you to directly connect with the stylist through your preferred messenger.

The moderation process duration can vary depending on the volume of data, typically ranging from 24 to 48 hours.

Factors influencing the status of a stylist's profile:

• Prohibited Content: Profiles must not include any prohibited information.
• Privacy Consideration: Photos should not reveal the faces of individuals not associated with the profile.
• Branding Guidelines: Collages and mood boards should not prominently display logos or brand names.
• Completeness: Profiles should be thoroughly filled out. Incomplete profiles will not be verified by the moderation team.

You can conveniently pay for stylist services in a manner that suits both you and the expert. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees on the FÉMATCH platform.

If you are a client, you do not need to cancel your subscription. It is free.

The language you use to fill out your stylist profile depends on your target audience:

If your clients are primarily Ukrainian, it's recommended to complete the profile in Ukrainian.

For international market outreach, filling out the profile in English is advised.

If you anticipate collaborating with clients from various countries, consider completing the profile in two languages such as Ukrainian/English, Ukrainian/Polish, Polish/English, etc.

To earn the "PUMP School Student" badge, you need to successfully finish a course at our school and upload the diploma in the "My Education and Experience" section.

Our team retains the authority to grant the PUMP stylist badge on the FÉMATCH platform. However, possessing a certificate from the PUMP YOUR STYLE STUDIO courses remains the primary requirement.
